Your account and workspace
InBound stores account identifiers, business information, researched website content, receptionist settings, phone-number configurations and subscription status. Account passwords are handled by Supabase Auth. Payment details are entered on Stripe Checkout; InBound does not store full card numbers.
Call information
The service processes caller phone numbers, names provided during calls, conversation transcripts, summaries and follow-up requests. Tell callers how your business uses AI and conversation data, and obtain any required consent. Do not enter sensitive information that is unnecessary for reception.
Providers
Supabase stores workspace data in our Canadian project. Stripe processes billing. Twilio handles telephone calls. ElevenLabs processes voice conversations. The configured research provider, Anthropic or OpenAI, processes scanned public website content and information submitted for research. Providers may process data outside Canada under their own terms.
Access and retention
Workspace access is restricted to authenticated users with business permission and platform administrators. Provider credentials stay on the server. Call audio recording is disabled in the default agent setup; transcripts are retained in your workspace. Deleting an account or cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete existing business or call records. Contact the InBound team to request deletion or discuss retention.
Cookies
The app uses session cookies to keep you signed in. Local browser storage remembers workspace choices. Stripe may set its own cookies on its payment pages.
Contact
Contact the InBound team through the person who provided your trial invitation for privacy, access, correction or deletion requests.
